For products purchased in the online shop viafiume18.com it is possible to request a return within 15 days from the date of delivery of the order.
We accept products that are unworn, unused, undamaged and accompanied by the original Via Fiume 18 packaging.
Returns are not possible for all customized products.
We remind you that any shipping costs you have incurred for the purchase of the product and those relating to the return transport are not refundable.

CASES IN WHICH IT IS POSSIBLE TO MAKE A RETURN AND OBTAIN A REFUND
You can request a return in the following cases:

  • error in choosing the size
  • you are not satisfied with your purchase
In any case, the products for which the return is requested must be in excellent condition, show no signs of use and must be accompanied by the original Via Fiume 18 packaging, otherwise no return will be made.

WITHIN WHAT PERIOD OF TIME IS IT POSSIBLE TO MAKE A RETURN?
Within 15 working days, starting from the day of delivery of the order.

WHAT SHOULD I DO TO MAKE A RETURN AND GET A REFUND?
To make a return, you must forward the return request to our email address viafiume18@gmail.com.
As soon as your return request is approved, you will have to ship the item to the address that will be provided to you at the email address provided at the time of purchase. We inform you that to make the return you must contact the courier of your choice and that the related costs are at your expense. Furthermore, we inform you that Via Fiume 18 will not be held responsible for any lost packages and it will be your responsibility to ensure that the package arrives at our facilities in perfect condition.
Alternatively, you can go to our store in Padua, in Via Fiume 18 to request a return and obtain a refund.

HOW LONG DOES A REFUND TAKE?
The amount to be refunded for the products purchased will be returned using the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund will be made within 5 working days of the inspection carried out on the product delivered for return. Once the refund has been issued by Via Fiume 18, an email will be sent to the email address provided in the order to inform you of the refund.
We remind you that the initial shipping costs for the purchase of the product and those relating to the return transport are not refundable.

PRODUCT CHANGE

For all customized products it is not possible to make exchanges.
We remind you that all shipping costs related to the transport of the product being replaced are at your expense.

Within 5 working days of checking the delivered product for exchange, we will send you an email with the exchange instructions.
We remind you that the shipping costs related to the transport of the exchange are at your expense.
