GENERAL INFORMATION

FREE SHIPPING for all purchases with delivery in Italy.
EURO 20 for all purchases with delivery abroad (EU and non-EU).
Orders for delivery in Italy and the EU will be processed and delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays, within 1-3 working days following confirmation and payment of the order.
Orders for delivery to non-EU countries will be processed and delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays, within 6 - 15 working days following confirmation and payment of the order.
Delivery times may vary during sales seasons and the weeks surrounding the holiday season. In the event of a delayed shipment, you will be notified by our customer service team and given an estimated shipping date.
If you wish to change your shipping address after your order has been placed, it is very important that you contact us immediately. Once your order has been shipped, we will not be able to change the shipping information for that particular order. Any changes to your shipping address after your order has been shipped will result in shipping charges being applied.
As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with the references to be able to track the delivery of the order.
